DEKEMP’s influence has transcended boundaries, spreading its remarkable accomplishments across the globe. What initially began as a man’s vision has profoundly impacted the lives of countless individuals and continues to do so. As we commemorate our Fourth anniversary, we find ourselves reflecting on the abundant blessings we have received as we eagerly anticipate the future ones to come.
Looking back at the previous year’s celebration, DEKEMP’s commitment to providing enlightening teachings and motivational content to its audience has remained uncompromising since its inception.
From the themes of the Second and Third Inaugural anniversary events, Process Over Result and Thriving For Excellence Through Intentionality respectively to the lines of speakers who shed light on them, you can be rest assured that our Fourth anniversary will be anything short of the others.
With the Theme: The Renaissance: Repositioning To Becoming More, we are geared towards enhancing our very abilities into taking that further step of progress. It is a general saying that ‘every new level has a new devil’, hence, our desire to take appropriate positions to re-strategize for the new challenges ahead.
However, a glimpse of our past achievements will most definitely catalyze doing more!

- Throughout the years, we have proudly documented the granting of more than 200 scholarships awarded to Kempites (members of DEKEMP) community by various higher institutions across the World, thereby enabling them to pursue their chosen career paths across the continents.
- Our efforts have produced individuals who not only embrace a positive outlook on life but also exhibit a transformative shift in their mindset, contributing to personal growth and societal progress.
- Within the Kempites community, we have built and promoted a conducive environment for self-discovery and self-discipline, empowering our members to explore their true potential while upholding a strong sense of responsibility.
- Kempites have passionately connected with their innate talents, finding within themselves a deep-rooted sense of purpose that resonates with the values of our Community.
